Green Goodness Dressing

1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded & roughly chopped
2 tsp. of Dijon mustard
1 clove of organic garlic peeled and roughly chopped
1 Tbsp. of unpasteurized honey
5 to 6 leaves of fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
½ lemon or lime juiced
2 Tbsp. of filtered water
½ tsp. of ground sea salt
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Method:
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until a rich smooth consistency is reached.
Add more filtered water if a more liquid consistency is desired and blend again.
Serve over a fresh salad and enjoy!
