Honey Pass the Dijon Dressing

1 Tbsp. unpasteurized honey

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 clove of organic garlic peeled and finely chopped

1 Tbsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. of dried dill

Juice of ½ a lemon

¼ cup of extra virgin cold pressed olive oil

Pinch of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper

 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a small mason jar with lid on and shake well to combine.

  2. Use over salad of your choice OR makes an awesome marinade for chicken or fish. 

  3. To use as a marinade, simply coat chicken or fish with dressing and let sit in fridge covered for at least 45 minutes prior to cooking.
