Honey Pass the Dijon Dressing


1 Tbsp. unpasteurized, local honey

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 clove of organic garlic peeled and finely chopped

1 Tbsp. fresh dill OR 1 tsp. of dried dill

Juice of ½ a lemon

¼ cup of extra virgin cold pressed olive oil

Pinch of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper


  1. Place all ingredients in a small mason jar with lid on and shake well to combine.

  2. Use over salad of your choice OR makes an awesome marinade for roast veggies or tempeh

  3. To use as a marinade, simply coat veggies or tempeh with dressing and let sit in fridge covered for at least 45 minutes prior to roasting.
