Honey Pass the Dijon Dressing
1 Tbsp. unpasteurized, local honey
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove of organic garlic peeled and finely chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh dill OR 1 tsp. of dried dill
Juice of ½ a lemon
¼ cup of extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
Pinch of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
Place all ingredients in a small mason jar with lid on and shake well to combine.
Use over salad of your choice OR makes an awesome marinade for roast veggies or tempeh
To use as a marinade, simply coat veggies or tempeh with dressing and let sit in fridge covered for at least 45 minutes prior to roasting.
