Miso Orange Vinaigrette
2 Tbsp. Miso paste
2 Tbsp. organic apple cider vinegar (Bragg’s is a great brand!)
2 tsp. Bragg's liquid aminos OR tamari
Juice of 1 orange
4 Tbsp. extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
2 tsp. of fresh grated ginger
1 clove organic garlic peeled and finely chopped
Place miso paste and apple cider vinegar in a small Mason jar and whisk with fork until well combined.
Add all remaining ingredients to the jar and screw lid on.
Shake well until you have a smooth golden liquid.
Enjoy over your favourite Asian inspired salad, over roasted potatoes or a rice dish!
