Berry Cherry Smoothie Bowl

Full of fibre and antioxidants, like Vitamin C, to combat free radicals from daily toxins, this smoothie bowl will nourish your soul and naturally uplift you!

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup frozen dark sweet cherries, pitted

3/4 cup frozen raspberries

2 small bananas

1 cup or a big handful of organic greens, like spinach

1 orange, juiced

2 medjool dates, pitted

1 tsp dragonfruit powder

1 tsp Spirulina


Toppings

Sliced fresh fruit of your choice - I chose raspberries and kiwi fruit

Dried fruit, like mulberries, apples or raisins

Anything else you have on hand, like nuts or seeds!

TO MAKE:

Blend all ingredients together in a blender starting at a low speed and increase to the highest speed blending until smooth.


Pour into a bowl and arrange with toppings of your choice.

This bowl will bring an instant smile to your face or your mom's face, guaranteed!
